Our team meets with builder’s clients to select finishes and fixtures, design tile layouts, create millwork specifications and lighting plans for custom projects and build outs.
Programs are tailored for builder’s services by providing design consultation hours to clients which are determined based on project size and scope of work for a flat fee. Client invoiced additional hours.
A Finish Selection Spreadsheet is submitted or generation of in-house documents can be compiled. Diagrams for tile layouts, millwork and custom drawings submitted as needed to accompany specifications.
